The life of an agent is busy and demanding, and even though we can do it all, there simply isn’t enough of us to do every job at a high level.

When we reach that point of massive overwhelm and time limitation, it’s time to hire an assistant. The problem is, many agents go about hiring and training an assistant in a way that just creates more stress and wastes this valuable resource.

What do agents get wrong when they’re hiring their first assistant? What steps do we need to take to hire an assistant who will take our businesses to the next level?

In this episode, I’m joined by real estate trainer and creator of the Real Estate Professional Assistant course, Matthew Rathbun. He shares his expert tips on getting that first hire right.

Three Things You’ll Learn In This Episode

- How to afford an assistant

It’s one thing to hire an assistant now, but how do we make sure we can afford to pay them consistently for years?

- The best tools and systems for overwhelmed agents

Can systems, apps and automations take the place of an assistant or at least prepare us for one?

- Why an assistant can significantly increase your conversion rate

Hiring an assistant who’s strong in the areas we’re weak will catapult our businesses, but how do we know who we need to hire?
